1. HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
– Your order is packed in a hard box and double vacuum sealed. It is discretely packaged and labelled with no smell and no indication of the products inside to maintain your privacy.

2. IS SHIPPING DISCREET?
– Yes, packaging is not branded in any way. 

3. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
– We deliver mainly within the UK, France, USA, Ireland, Australia. Also worldwide delivery is available.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY PACKAGE?
– Shipping will take 1-7 working days depending on where you are located.

5. AM I REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
– No Signature is required.

6. MY PACKAGE WAS CONFISCATED, WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN?
– We will decide, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis whether or not to REFUND or RESHIP the package.

7. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU TAKE?
– We accept money transfer payments via Western Union, MoneyGram and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc)

8. I HAVE PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT NEXT?
– We will process the payment and process your order. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

9. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
– We have a minimum order amount of 199 GBP. There is no max order amount.

10. WHAT SAFETY AND SECURITY IS OFFERED WITH MY ORDER?
– Your order will be handled with care and sealed properly to protect your purchase and privacy. We offer discreet shipping with packages arriving in nondescript boxes with no markers of what is inside. Also, all products are double vacuumed sealed to ensure the package is smell proof.

11. HOW DO I PAY USING BITCOIN?

12. MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.
– We will email you your tracking number before its been scanned in by the courier service. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable. Please wait till the end of day and your tracking number should appear correctly.
